YANGO

Yango Delivery is a last-mile logistics service operating across multiple regions.

The business team needed scalable B2B landing pages adapted to different markets, currencies, and service models — all within an existing brand system.

UI Designer

2022–2024

Introduction

Over the course of this project, I worked on business landing pages for 15+ countries, including multilingual versions and right-to-left layouts.

Each market required its own homepage and supporting pages, with desktop and mobile adaptations. The project evolved continuously as new countries were launched and others were discontinued.

THE STARTING POINT

The visual identity and core UI components were predefined. Typography, color system, and brand rules were already established.

The team provided structured marketing content for each country. My responsibility was to translate that content into clear, visually consistent layouts while adapting to regional differences.

Over time, I introduced new components and refined layout standards when existing patterns were not sufficient to support growing complexity.

THE Challenge

The main challenge was scale combined with multilingual complexity.

Working across languages I did not speak required careful visual validation. Text length varied significantly. Some markets required right-to-left layouts. Minor typographic or formatting inconsistencies could disrupt the entire page structure.

Because the same system was repeated across many regions, small inconsistencies became amplified at scale. Precision was essential.

At the same time, content was often dense and marketing-heavy. Together with the manager, I adjusted hierarchy and occasionally suggested reductions to ensure clarity and balance.

Result

The outcome was a scalable landing system deployed across 15+ markets, supporting multilingual and responsive adaptations. This project reinforced my ability to design within constraints, maintain consistency at scale, and deliver precise, structured solutions in high-detail production environments.
